Terms
The ground rules, in plain language.
Using Employee Lawsuit Help means agreeing to a few honest ground rules. They exist to keep expectations straight on both sides of the table.
Information, not advice
Everything on this site is general legal information about California workplace law. It is not legal advice about your situation, and it can’t be — advice requires an attorney who knows your facts. Statements of law here are offered in good faith and may change as statutes and case law change.
No attorney-client relationship
Reading this site, speaking with the intake assistant, or submitting a case review does not make you anyone’s client. An attorney-client relationship begins only if and when an attorney agrees to represent you in writing. Until then, don’t treat anything here as a substitute for representation, and don’t delay seeking advice — legal deadlines are real, strict, and vary by claim.
No promises about outcomes
We make no representations about what any case is worth or how any matter will resolve. Anyone who promises outcomes from a webpage is doing you a disservice.
Acceptable use
Use the site for its purpose: understanding California workplace rights and starting a legitimate intake conversation. Don’t misuse the intake channels, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt the service.
